To add a gallery of images of your character to that character's bio, you should click on "gallery" on the menu bar on the left and enter "characters.images.charactername" into the query box. This will return all images with the tag "characters.images.charactername". Don't worry if there are no images shown yet - you can add them later (see below).

Next click on "save this search" at the top. You can enter whatever details you want for the search, but we recommend:

Search Name: Photos of Character Name

Description: Photos of Character Name, played by Player Name. To add an image to this gallery, click on "Upload Files" in the menu bar on the left, and make sure the images have the tag "characters.images.charactername".

Query: characters.images.charactername

Sort By: Creation Date

Results per Page: 25

Style: Gallery

Once you have saved the search you can link to it from your character bio using the code:

[Search Name]

eg:

[Photos of Character Name]

Then all you need to do is add photos to your gallery. To do this click on "upload files" in the menu bar on the left, upload your images, and make sure they have the tag "characters.images.charactername". If you find photos already on the wiki, eg from previous events, that include your character you can add these to your gallery by editing the existing photo and adding the tag "characters.images.charactername" alongside any existing tags. Multiple tags should be separated by spaces.
