Kael Francis, Theurge ???? - 1811

A former Church Knight, Kael was judged sufficiently devout to study as a Theurge, and now ranks amongst the highest in the Office. Forever wearing his fine ceremonial armour, he inspires his comrades with both word and deed. Constantly fearful for his soul, Kael insists on frequent penance and punishment for the slightest misdeed.
