The Kul-Tha are a tribe of Frontier. For many generations they pursued a semi-nomadic existance on the banks of the great river Tiguare; but after Saurons attacked and destroyed their camps and carried off most of the tribe to death or slavery, the remnant joined with the Free Rangers to form that fearsome warband, the talk of the Shards - Lucky's Ghosts.
