"Legendary" Characters
The term Legendary when used in this context refers to characters who were created based on the old rules system, as in play before October 2006.
The new rules were introduced at the same time as the world campaign moved forward ten years in game time and many of the then existing characters were retired. All new characters created from October 2006 onwards are using the new rule system.
