Originally a tribesman from Frontier, Hawkeye (her tribal name) was taken to Union and educated by Lieutenant Pieter Thrace, a Salem soldier involved in the execution of her tribe. A crack shot and skilled combatant, she joined the Union Expeditionary Force to search for any other surviving members of her tribe across the joined Shards, and to protect the son of the other man who saved her life back on Frontier.
