More correctly known as Lothintal de Tuatha de Dannan, he is the brother of Ellie and Jeremiah of Faerie. They awoke from a Long Sleep only a few years ago to find their parents missing and with only a few vague memories to work from.

He is a magician and creator of charms, currently standing as a Claw to the Tiger of Tsunami, Lord Lo-Pan of the Clan Takeda.
