Matsuda currently resides in the Tea House that her former Shadow School Master, Kageichi, gifted her. She had long been the Okami of the business but it was Kageichi who owned the House, it was in his acceptance of the life he wished to lead that he handed over the deeds to her.

With her true nature as a pure blood Oni revealed she has been able to better protect her Geisha within the house, when Kageichi's other holdings were destroyed this one remained untouched.

She is finding her freedom from Lo Pan interesting and mistakes have already been made, but with the help of the Oni Osagawa - one who also holds the Tiger of Fire - she is slowly learning.
