Uploading images or other documents couldn't be easier. Just click on "Upload Files" in the menu bar on the left and browse for the file you want to upload. Hey presto.

When uploading files you may want to add tags to them. This makes finding them again infinitely easier. In the case of images it is VITAL that you tag them properly, as this will automatically add them to the correct gallery. Learn more about Tagging here.

You can rename your files once they have been uploaded, either by clicking on "rename" in the upload dialogue, or by viewing your uploaded file and then clicking on "edit". This can be handy in order to make linking to the file easier.

When uploading documents, please bear in mind that we have limited space on this wiki. Please keep any files you upload (especially things like images) to the smallest size you can, and try to only upload your best pictures, rather than all of them. There are many other sites which offer free hosting for certain types of files, particularly photographs. If you can host your files elsewhere you can always link to them from here, so saving us space.

In particular, please DO NOT upload movie clips to this wiki. Because of the large size of movie clips we have created a separate space where they can be stored, called Shards Movie Stuff. Movie clips should be uploaded there, then linked to from the Movies page.
